Catalog

With REN Protocol being the bridge to blockchains, so does the need of a front UI to display and a medium of exchange for the assets

@catalogfi comes into play by being the metaversal exchange for $REN! The introduction of Catalog defines a secure cross-chain DEX with CEX-like features to easily swap assets across blockchains.

The project is built by the @renprotocol team with hopes of shaping Ren L0.

Catalog is built with hopes of:

  • Layer 1 Design – CEX and DEX equivalent UI

  • Integrators – seamless UX by accessing deep liquidity through Catalog’s Boundless Liquidity Mechanism

  • Incentive Structure – to boost network growth of both Ren and Catalog

As a project of itself, Catalog is successfully raised $7.5M through Ren Labs from investors such as @BixinWallet, Chiron Partners, @AlamedaResearch, @ROKCapital, @ledger_prime, @gbvofficial, @multicoincap, @CumberlandSays, @fisher8cap, @ambergroup_io, @BlockTower, and @petrock_capital.

As a descendant of Ren, Catalog has the following features:

  • Swap fungible and non-fungible asset across any blockchain

  • Zero gas and low flat-rate trading fee

  • Earn passive income on holded crypto

  • Send assets to other users by typing their username

  • Planned seamless on and off-ramp experiences

The project is currently on the waitlist.

A unique feature in Catalog is trading freely without holding native tokens to pay transaction fees.

Catalog processes transactions completely, there will be no half-completed trades!

Diving deeper into the project mechanism, each user’s handle in Catalog is not in the form of human-unreadable wallet address, instead it is a Metaversal account – similar to emails, social media username, etc

The next step would be to transfer funds to the built-in wallet inside Catalog that is connected to your MetaMask.

Recently, Catalog has announced a partnership with @Keeper_DAO. The synergy leverages Keeper’s coordination protocol for cross-chain settlements. Resulting in Catalog being completely MEV-resistant and efficient order execution.
